The guys took great care of my car! They fixed it, made sure I was happy with the service. I didn’t feel pressured to get work done that was not 100% necessary at the moment. Thank you!

Excellent experience at this Midas location. James was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. He kept me informed, and even the diagnostic technician came out to explain the issue, which I really appreciated. They completed my brake and rotor replacement and front-end alignment quickly, and the car drives great. Honest, efficient service with great communication. I highly recommend this team.

Came in for an alignment and James was the store manager I dealt with directly. 90 day alignment and they stand behind their work! Glad I was able to get my car road trip ready with Midas! Will be back in the near future 🚙

Nate and James saved us so much money. We needed a whole host of things done for our vehicle. They inspected our car quickly, even went the extra mile to see if what we needed done could be minimized for cost reasons. They were honest, upfront, and provided the kind of customer service that most of us think is long gone. Come see these guys. They work with you to make sure the right things are done, no BS. I'll recommend all of my family and friends here.

I came in and spoke to James and Nate, with some major work needed. I drive a Honda Civic sport touring. She's 4 years and 100,000 miles. I didn't have all the funds for the fixes, but with their help I was able to get a loan to make my car safe and dependable again. James and Nate had wonderful customer service, thanks guys. Thank you again Midas of Beaverton.
